DataCamp Scholarship Terms & Conditions

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a current bonafide student of Quezon City University
  • Must be an active member of AWS Cloud Club - QCU
  • Must have a valid DataCamp account created with the same email used in the application
  • Must commit to the program requirements and learning goals

Learning Requirements

To maintain your scholarship access, you must:

  • Maintain a minimum of 4,000 XP per month on DataCamp
  • Dedicate approximately 30-60 minutes per week to learning
  • Avoid prolonged inactivity (7-14 days without progress)
  • Regularly check your registered email for updates and announcements

Probation and Revocation

If you fail to meet the monthly XP requirement:

  • First occurrence: You will receive a warning email
  • Second occurrence: Your scholarship may be revoked and the slot given to someone on the waitlist
  • Prolonged inactivity may result in immediate revocation

Account Usage

  • You must be the sole user of the DataCamp account
  • Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited
  • Account misuse may result in immediate scholarship termination

Progress Monitoring

You consent to AWS Cloud Club – QCU collecting and monitoring your learning progress (XP earned, courses completed, and activity) for program management and reporting purposes.

Recognition and Features

AWS Cloud Club – QCU may feature a monthly leaderboard highlighting top-performing scholars. Selected participants may be featured on the AWS Cloud Club – QCU Facebook page as part of official announcements and recognition posts.

Program Changes

AWS Cloud Club – QCU reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Scholars will be notified of any significant changes via email.

Acceptance

By submitting your application and accepting the scholarship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
